After one taste, you will be in love with the fine flavor of the specially prepared Japanese hot pot and choice Japanese beef sirloin eaten in the shabu-shabu style.
The meal can be finished with Okinawan Soba noodles.

Lower in cholesterol than other pork varieties, Yambaru Okinawa Pork is rich in flavorful glutamic acid, giving it a sweet taste.
It is prepared glazed in a special sauce that gives it a soft yet sweet deliciousness.
