About lodging

QDo you have a no smoking room?
ASorry, we do not have a no smoking room in this hotel.
We will do our best to deodorize and ventilate the room. Request your kind understanding on this matter.
QDo you charge any for a baby requiring sleeping together?
ANo lodging charge for a baby requiring sleeping together, but we have to charge for the meal.
QWe would like to know the number and the ages of babies who need sleeping together?
AAs to the number of babies who need sleeping together, our policy is “one baby per one bed”.
We can accept the children younger than the age of elementary school as babies who need sleeping together, if so requested by the customers.
QI would like to buy a birthday gift or an anniversary gift. Do you have any recommendation?
AA welcome fruit set (648 yen and over), a flower basket (1,851 yen and over), a sparkling wine set (2,962 yen and over)

QIs it possible to extend the checkout time?
AYou can extend the checkout time, if the room is not reserved by other customers on the date of your checkout. However, we have to ask you an additional fee for the extension.
For the time from 1100 to 1400 hours, we charge the amount obtained by multiplying 30% of your lodging fee and the number of customers together.
For the time from 1400 to 1700 hours, we charge the amount obtained by multiplying 60% of your lodging fee and the number of customers together.
For the time after 1700 hours, we charge the amount obtained by multiplying 100% of yourlodging fee and the number of customers together.
QDo you have a wheelchair rental service?
AWe have only one wheelchair for rental service, and you may use it for free. Please make a reservation in advance if you need one.

AYou can use the following credit cards here.

About guest rooms

QCan I use the Internet in the room?

QDo you have facilities for the pets to stay in the hotel?
ASorry, but we do not have facilities for the pets to stay.
However, service dogs can stay in the hotel.
QDo you have a room with a double bed?
ASorry, but our rooms are all single rooms.
We can put two single beds together to make a bigger bed. If you want to do so, please let us know at the time of reservation.
QDo you have a stroller rental service?
ASorry, but we don’t have a stroller rental service at this hotel.
Sorry, but you may bring your own stroller if you need one.
QDo you have a crib rental service?
ASorry, but we don’t have a crib rental service at this hotel.
We can rent out two per day for free. Please make a reservation in advance.
QPlease understand beforehand that we don’t rent out a crib to those who are more than a year old because of the regulations on age limit.
AWe rent out only one crib per day for free. Please make a reservation in advance.
QDo you have a coin-operated laundry in the hotel?
AWe have a coin-operated coin laundry on the second floor, and you can use it for free. We also provide laundry detergent for free.

About restaurant & bar

QCan you remove the prohibited ingredients because of allergies or religious reasons?
AWe will do our best to remove any prohibited ingredients after consulting with the customers and the cooks of our hotel in advance.

About marine sports

QDo we have to make a reservation to enjoy the marine menu (sports)?
AYou may try to make a reservation on the day, but depending on the reservation status of the day, you may not be able to get what you want.
As soon as you make up your mind, go ahead and make a reservation.
QWhen does the water get warm enough to swim?
A“We do not have any specific date for the opening of swimming season, but some people start swimming late in March.
A contact person is assigned at the Ie beach from May to October.”
QWhen does the water in the swimming pool get warm enough to swim?
AThe swimming pool of our hotel is open from April to October.
Our customers can use the pool for free.
QDo you have a marine menu for kids?
A“We have a marine menu for kids which includes jet-ski, dragon-boat, sea kayak, glass-bottomed boat, original photo frame, coloring shisa, snorkeling, and fishing, etc.
However, diving for absolute beginners is limited to those who are 10 years old and over.”

Other questions

QDo you have a massage service?
AYes, we have a massage service.
However, since we do not have a massager attached to the hotel, we will ask an aromatherapy massager available in the village to come to the hotel.
QDo you have a laundry service in the hotel?
AYes, we do have. Just bring them to the front desk.
