Duck and foie gras terrine Crazy pea. Foie gras and pork miso Okinawan crepes.
Motobu acerola and quince jelly red sorrel.
Local tuna and yam tartare, bamboo charcoal cannoli, green onion,egg yolk pickled in soy sauce, squid ink tuile with shiso.

Deep-fried island octopus with Okinawa green seaweed.

After one taste, you will be in love with the fine flavor of the specially prepared Japanese hot pot and choice Japanese beef sirloin eaten in the shabu-shabu style.
The meal can be finished with Okinawan Soba noodles.
